Frequently Asked Questions

Does Well Culture Counseling Take Insurance?

We are out-of-network with insurance. Why are we out-of-network? Luckily, most insurance plans that offer mental health benefits will offer out-of-network benefits. So, most of our clients can still get reimbursed for sessions. We provide monthly superbills to all clients if you would like to submit documentation to your insurance provider yourself or for an HSA/FSA card. (See our blog on out-of-network reimbursement with third party companies for more info on how to submit). We will send you a worksheet if you would like to call and get the info about your benefits… or if you are coming to us for ADHD symptom management, we totally understand waiting to see what your benefits are when the check comes in the mail.

What ages does your practice see?

We work with clients 11 and older. If you are looking for a specific type of therapy or provider check out our specialties and see if we have what you need. I f you’re looking for a specific type of provider, get an overview of who may be the best fit for you or your child by checking out our providers.
