Social Media & Marketing Intern

Mental health private counseling practice looking to offer an internship to a student wanting to learn more about promoting a small business online. This position requires two hours of in-person meetings each week and 3-5 hours of work from home or in office that can be flexibly scheduled to accommodate the student interns school schedule. The intern will possess a knowledge of most of the following:

  1. Social Media Platform's algorithms and accompanying scheduling software such as Meta, Plann, or similar products.

  2. Content creation software's such as Canva, Adobe, Capcut, or similar.

  3. Mailchimp and it's campaign builder features.

  4. Squarespace and blogging for SEO.

  5. Google drive.

  6. Asana project management software.

The student intern will be given directives on projects to create, as well as, given the opportunity to be creative and offer suggestions for projects to management. This is a one semester internship commitment. If you are unable to commit to 7 hours per week for a full semester, please do not apply. Prior knowledge of planned off time will be considered if disclosed in the interview.
